Parco was the first Takara release as a promotion for the Parco department store in Japan. She was limited to only 1000 dolls, had a very shiny face, boggled eyes, and Licca body with bendable arms and legs. Parco was featured in a Christmas T.V. ad for Parco department stores in 2002.
Parco has a Petite Blythe counterpart, Paisley Star (PBL-09).
